March, 2018.  The farmer-driven Northern New York Agricultural Development Program has issued the results of its latest (2017 season) benchmarking survey of common and newly-emerging diseases of corn and soybean crops in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties.

Cornell University Plant Pathologist Gary C. Bergstrom leads the research team that includes Cornell Cooperative Extension field crop specialists Michael Hunter and Kitty O’Neil and cooperating farmers scouting for diseases across the NNY region.
